Positive aspects of my stay in Cisarua were the quick response to my room change request, convenient location near a minimarket, strategic location near Puncak, affordably priced with complete facilities, including breakfast with Nasi Goreng, and helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed at an affordable hotel in a strategic location close to the Puncak area. the friendly staff was always available to help us. the room had a full range of facilities such as TV, refrigerator, and mineral water. the breakfast was a delicious Nasi Goreng and the view of the surroundings was beautiful.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room, which made it difficult to use our devices.

We decided to spend our Christmas at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home. the location was great, as it was just a few minutes away from the main attractions. the hotel had complete facilities such as TV and free toiletries. the best part was the breathtaking views from our room. We had the most amazing view of the city and hills. It was truly a memorable experience.
the breakfast served was not warm enough.
